This workshop will breakdown the fundamentals of handstands. We focus on what muscles support and assist inversions, how to build strength, practice gracefully falling to build resilience in balance. Led by Ashley Lynaugh 500ERYT, This workshop includes support you need to safely progress in your handstand and inversion practice. Together will move through a warm-up flow followed by techniques & exercise drills focusing on:• Alignment
