RebalanceU is going to be collaborating for the first time with a wonderful local business Stitch and Splodge. This will be a two hour workshop where you will get the opportunity to try some Indian block painting. A beautiful craft where you will gain something you have crafted to take home. The second hour will be breathwork, with guided meditation and sound bath.You'll need to bring a yoga mat or whatever makes you comfortable laying on the floor.
