Join Bread by Kelsie for a fun, hands-on evening where I'll have the dough prepped and ready for you! You'll choose your favorite inclusions, learn how to properly incorporate them into your dough, shape your loaf, and leave with a beautiful artisan loaf ready to bake at home.
Whether you love sweet or savory, this class is the perfect way to learn the art of sourdough inclusions.

🧺 What to Bring
A banneton basket (if you have one) or a medium mixing bowl lined with a clean kitchen towel to take your shaped loaf home.
That's it! I'll have everything else ready for you. Silicone mat is highly recommended to shape your dough on… please bring one for your dough if you have one! ☝️

🤍 Step-by-step instruction on incorporating and shaping your loaf
🤍 Baking instructions to take home
🤍 One full-size artisan loaf to bake at home
Want to try more than one flavor? Split your loaf into two halves and choose two different inclusions for an additional $4
🤍A bread bag will be provided for storing your loaf after you've baked it at home.
🤍 Enjoy a selection of fresh sourdough samples available for grazing throughout class while you create your own artisan loaf.
