The Art of Flavour

Join us on Valentine's Day for a delightful dining experience with Chef Hidde Zomer of flame + smith. Beverage pairings for this event will be presented by Colin Stanner of Stanners Vineyard.

Art of Flavour is an eight-night fine dining series that blends culinary excellence with education. Each evening features a menu created by renowned guest chefs and executed by the chef and culinary students, paired with selections from local wineries. A winemaker will guide guests through the wine pairings, providing insights on the wines served. Proceeds from the event will support the Extraordinary Learning Fund, which provides Loyalist students with opportunities to take learning outside the classroom.
