Please join us for a 3 Week Class Series in posture alignment, mindful quietness & exploration of the very foundation of our individual & collective awakening process!

We’ll gather to practice a simple spatial awareness, guided meditation and learn how to set up a conscious container, along with how to find an aligned posture that supports the body and quiets the mind. We’ll discuss why having a practice, or numerous emptiness practices, is the key ingredient to real FREEDOM. It is the very foundation of our awakening process into Being fully alive as a spiritual human Being.

A Boulder native for 51years, Rigpa has always been a seeker of truth at heart! As a Buddhist/mindfulness practitioner for the past 30 years she has explored numerous mindfulness and conscious living traditions. She is a graduate of contemplative and somatic psychology at Naropa University. She has studied Kundalini Yoga for over 22 years. Alongside her group classes, she offers private sessions that delve into the deep inquiry of One’s own unique human experience thru the personal exploration of Tantric Numerology and Human Design with a background that resides in basic yet profound Buddhist teachings.
