Location: Ida RuppArts and crafts for kids and teens, with a twist! Come to the library to celebrate Youth Art Month by using the provided play money to "purchase" art supplies to make your creations. We'll provide the supplies; you bring the creativity! Practice using currency and budgeting, while having a blast creating something fun. This program is geared toward ages 3-18; children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
