ART KL is a contemporary art platform dedicated to the next generation of artistic voices shaping contemporary practice in Southeast Asia and beyond. Launching in Kuala Lumpur in October 2026, the platform focuses on artists born after 1990, bringing together emerging practices, established and new younger galleries, and a new generation of collectors through tightly curated presentations, site-specific installations, and public programming. The inaugural edition will also feature a fundraising auction in support of The Lighthouse Children’s Welfare Home, with donated artworks and proceeds going entirely towards the organisation. Conceived as a space for experimentation, discovery, and cultural dialogue, ART KL aims to contribute fresh momentum and a new perspective to the region’s evolving contemporary art landscape.
