Art in Motion | a morning of movement meditation, art, sound + community

Our morning will begin with a grounding meditation + breathwork, invigorating yoga + movement and close with a soothing sound blessing, this class is from 10:30am-11:30am, we will set the tone for a day of embodied self-expression and connection.

As participants in this immersive experience, we become art in motion, embodying the creative energy and spirit that flows through us. Through the meditative movements and expressive sounds, we transform into living works of art, each step and breath weaving a unique tapestry of colors, shapes, and emotions. Our presence in the space becomes a form of art itself, a vibrant reflection of our inner landscapes and outer expressions. Together, we transcend traditional boundaries of art and self-expression, blurring the lines between artist and observer, creator and creation.

In this symbiotic dance of giving and receiving, we discover the beauty of being both the artist and the art, the creator and the creation, in a harmonious blend of movement, sound, artwork and soulful connection.

Our community art exhibition will be open to the public from 11:30-2:30pm and will feature works from talented local, female artists. Witness the magic of their creations as they bring form to formless ideas and inspire us with their unique perspectives.

All art will be available for purchase and 100% of the sales to the artist.

This event is a celebration of creativity, unity and the transformative power of art.
