Art in Meditation - at ECHO Studio

Experience an hour of guided meditation with soft sounds (ususally inside the beautiful Hagnauer Gallery, but this month we will be at ECHO Studio). We will fold together, a body scan meditation, a silent meditation and of course the guided meditation in the reclined, savasana pose. Guided by Steffany Butts-Boucher of ECHO Studio.

A yoga mats will be provided* Feel free to bring a blanket, waterbottle & pillow if you like.

Registration is needed as the class is limited to 8 participants.

*Fee: $Donation Based / Free to attend! (Please pay whatever works for you, when you arrive. There is no pressure though. I am applying for the 2025 MACH grant with the Manitou Arts, Culture and Heritage Initiative. If the grant is awarded, this event will become free to attend. I usually hear back about the Grant in March. )

Please plan to arrive a little early as the door closes at 6pm, once the event begins.
