Botanical Art Comes Alive at the Conservatory of Flowers: A One-Day Exhibition Celebrating Nature, Healing, and Creative Expression

SAN FRANCISCO, CA: May 30, 2026 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) The iconic Conservatory of Flowers will transform into a vibrant sanctuary of art and nature, hosting a special one-day Botanical Art Exhibition that is free and open to the public.

Curated by Victoria Pearl Lee, the exhibition marks a dynamic collaboration with the Conservatory, bringing together a diverse group of Northern California artists whose work explores the intersection of botanical beauty, healing, and human connection.

Set within the historic glass-domed greenhouse in Golden Gate Park, the exhibition invites visitors of all ages to experience art immersed in living collections of rare and exotic plants, creating a sensory dialogue between cultivated nature and artistic interpretation.

Featured Artists Include:

Christina Beilby — Oil painter from Seaside, CA, known for her lush, expressive interpretations of natural forms

Edi Matsumoto — Creator of Otter Therapy, Carmel, CA, blending whimsy and emotional storytelling

Andriana Rodriguez — Fine art photographer from Salinas, CA, capturing intimate botanical narratives

Maite Pons — Photographer and fine artist from San Jose, CA, exploring light, texture, and organic movement

Victoria Pearl Lee — Multi-medium botanical artist and curator, weaving together immersive, nature-inspired works

Enhancing the experience, live music will be provided by Nate Stapleton, whose soundscape will complement the exhibition’s atmosphere of reflection and connection.

“This exhibit is about more than art; it’s about creating a space where people can feel, heal, and reconnect with the natural world,” says curator Victoria Pearl Lee. “To collaborate with the Conservatory of Flowers is to honor both creativity and conservation in one breath.”

The event is free to attend, welcoming families, collectors, art enthusiasts, and the wider community to gather in celebration of creativity and the natural world.
