Meet us at Jamaica Pond for a walk around the water and a little time outside.

We’ll head out together, but there’s no pressure to be social the whole way. Catch up with someone new, settle into your own thoughts, listen to music, notice what’s around you.

Bring a journal or something small to make if that feels good. Come alone or bring a friend. This is simply time to move, get outside, and be around community.
