About this Event
Join art psychotherapist Sarah Reid in our Cloister garden to engage in art for wellbeing activities.
Participants will be guided through activities that incorporate the history, the garden, art-making and conversation. These sessions aim to: develop self-awareness; balance body and mind; and bring more joy, connection and fulfilment to daily experience.
The sessions are inclusive and accessible. You do not have to be ‘good’ at art to participate, nor is there any pressure to share in the group. Any questions please email [email protected]
The workshop will take place in our Cloister Garden, beside the Priory Church, on the north side of St John's Square, London EC1V 4JJ. Doors open at 17:30 and the session will begin at 18:00. Tickets must be pre-booked.
