You are invited to vend at Art for the Heart, a special indoor summer arts market taking place at the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix.

Hosted by Central Arts Market, this event brings together local artists, fashion curators, and creative vendors for an evening focused on art, music, and community.

Located at the Arizona Center, this is a fully indoor venue with air conditioning, offering a comfortable environment for both vendors and guests during the summer months.

We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.

Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

Please note this is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. Spaces are for retail vendors only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

EVENING MARKET

EVENT HOURS: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

LOAD IN TIME: Begins at 3:30 and ends at 5:30 PM

All vendors must enter through the loading dock behind the AMC Theatre.

If you arrive late, you may forfeit your preferred placement and/or be assigned based on availability.

VENDOR SETUP DETAILS

• Spaces are 8 ft x 8 ft
• NO canopies permitted (indoor venue)
• Electricity will NOT be provided for booths
• Vendors must provide their own lighting if needed
• ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS

Have a copy of your ticket on hand for proper placement.

Vendors must be ready to sell by event start time.

LOAD IN / OUT PROCEDURES

All vendors must follow directions when entering the loading dock area accessible between 3rd and 4th Streets on Filmore. Please do not block the right of way at any time.

Unload your items first, then move your vehicle before setting up.

DO NOT set up your booth while your car is in the loading dock area.

Similarly, vendors must fully pack their booth before bringing their vehicle back for load-out.

This ensures a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.

PARKING

2-hour validated parking will be available.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a vendor space through this listing.

This market is self-guided. Event staff will be available to assist with placement and answer any questions.
