Art For Animals 2-Day Workshop (Ages 10-13)

Ever imagined turning your passion for art into a way to help animals? Join us at the BC SPCA this summer to learn about a few of the countless ways to use art for animals. This 2-day specialty workshop will explore a variety of art materials, with skill building activities, guest talks and creative projects that benefit animals. Participants will develop a capstone project together that highlights important barriers that animals face in the community.
Dates: Aug. 17 to 18, 2026
Times: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (drop-off begins at 9:00 a.m., and pick-up ends at 3:30 p.m.)
Ages: 10 to 13

Please note: These are not hands-on animal care camps. While campers may have opportunities to engage with select animals from our shelters, time with animals is limited and not guaranteed. The wellbeing of both our campers and the animals in our care is our highest priority.
