Each month, the library welcomes a new artist to the gallery. In May through June, discover the works of Jane Edey Wood.
Jane Edey Wood holds a Master Degree of Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia. She recently relocated from Ottawa to Sackville, New Brunswick, where she is a member of the Struts Gallery Inc. In her Dorchester Cape Watercolour Series, the artist explores the relationship between an en plein air painting practice and the ever-changing coastal landscapes of the Bay of Fundy.
Her exhibit will be in the gallery from May 23rd - June 30th.

Jane Edey Wood est titulaire d’une maîtrise en beaux-arts de l’Université de Colombie-Britannique. Elle a récemment quitté Ottawa pour s'installer à Sackville, au Nouveau-Brunswick, où elle est membre de la Struts Gallery Inc. Dans sa série « Dorchester Cape Watercolour », l'artiste explore la relation entre la pratique de la peinture en plein air et les paysages côtiers en constante évolution de la baie de Fundy.
