This is an awesome in-person event where artists of all levels can bring their best work to the table with our theme of incorporating Figure Artwork patterns that occur on the ice into an artistic reality. Whether you love painting, drawing, or any other medium, come join us for a fun and inspiring 5 day event where your artwork will be displayed at the 2026 World Figure & Fancy Skating Championships on Black Ice. Art Entry
Deadline: Monday, October 5, 2026.

Late Entries: Accepted at the discretion of the WFS Accountant.

Fee & Payments:

• $28.52 per Art Design

• Use Eventbrite to enter

Motif: Figures in Fashion Art Design, focused on Attire & Accessories, incorporate a part or whole of a WFS Figure Artwork.

Shipping: Ship Art Designs to the UPS Store in Lake Placid by UPS or regular mail with tracking to: WFS Art Contest, 1936 Saranac Ave., #2-256, Lake Placid, NY 12946.

Medium: Photography, drawing, painting, collage, charcoal, mixed medium (and the design may include any type of embellishments)

Size:

• Any size

• 2 or 3-dimensional

Include 4×6 card:

• The Artist’s name

• Art design’s title

• Short description

Groupings:

• 18 & under

• 19 & over

• Winners will be announced October 11, 2026.

• Art designs must be picked up after awards
