Rocks are one of the harder techniques to master in watercolor, but Jenn is here to walk you through the process! Students will learn how to use washes of progressively darker colors to create depth and texture, shading to create dimension, and fine details to create the mica and mineral deposits on each stone.
Jenn Young is a talented artist based in Southern Idaho who by her own description, loves to make things! While she generally focuses on watercolor and woodworking, you may find her dabbling in a wide variety of art forms. Jenn has taught classes in the Rupert area for several years, and we are thrilled to bring her talents to the Magic Valley for you to enjoy.
All supplies included. No experience necessary – beginners welcome!
