Art by Northwest Season 3 Preview Screening

Join Cascade PBS in celebrating three seasons of with a live, in-person premiere screening event and rich discussion on art, creativity, and the influence of the region's landscapes. Host Brangien Davis will show a sneak peek of new season episodes alongside behind-the-scenes stories, followed by a live Q&A with featured artists from the show: Cable Griffith (Season 3), a Burien-based painter whose pixelated, layered landscapes fuse the natural world with video game aesthetics; Jennifer Angaiak Wood (Season 2), a Yup'ik mask carver based in Indianola who blends traditional Indigenous techniques with contemporary storytelling; and Melinda Hurst Frye (Season 2), a Kenmore-based photographer who uses high-resolution scanner imagery to reveal the hidden ecology of the Pacific Northwest forest floor.
