The Pause Project is a space to reconnect—with ourselves and with others—through mindfulness, creativity, and reflection.

Every two-hour session includes guided mindfulness exercises, journaling, and art making. You take home with you a personalized journal cover illustrated by you. You'll experience all this alongside other participants like yourself.
