About this Event
Grief can be one of our greatest teachers — if we are willing to fully feel it.
In this intimate 3-hour ceremonial workshop, we will gather in a safe and supportive space to honor the many layers of grief and transform them into a deeper capacity for love.
This experience is designed to help you embrace your emotions, honor the love that once was, release what no longer serves you, and create space for greater self-compassion and connection.
Grief is not only about death. It can arise from life transitions, unmet expectations, identity shifts, the ending of relationships, or the quiet heartbreaks that were never witnessed. It can be anticipatory — grieving something before it happens — or disenfranchised, when our pain goes unacknowledged.
Though grief is often described in stages — denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance — it rarely unfolds in a straight line. It moves in waves. In the body. In breath. In sensation. In memory.
Each layer invites us to feel, process, release, and integrate — transforming sorrow into deeper understanding and embodied compassion.
What to Expect
Somatic Release Process

A relational exercise to explore and gently soften the protective layers around your heart.
Vocal Activation
Using sound and voice as pathways for emotional release and integration.
Breathwork
Intentional breath patterns to bring emotions to the surface and support nervous system regulation.
Group Process & Witnessing
Structured collective sharing and reflection to honor the power of being seen and supported in community.
Who This Is For
This gathering is for those who feel ready to consciously process grief in a held and supportive environment.
It is ideal for individuals seeking to transform pain into deeper connection, emotional freedom, and self-compassion.
Please note: This will be an emotionally charged space. While this work is trauma-informed, it can be intense and is not suitable for those currently in acute or immediate trauma.
