Join us for an unforgettable celebration of arts, culture, and creativity at the 2025 NWMI Art & Culture Summit!This year, we’ve reimagined the Summit as a dynamic, multi-venue festival in the heart of downtown Traverse City. With a primary focus to foster meaningful relationships with other creative folks like you, we will celebrate our region's cultural landscape with inspiring keynote sessions, hands-on workshops, performances, panels and arts experiences.

City Opera House will serve as the hub for our weekend, with educational, inspirational, and experiential workshops throughout the event in other downtown Traverse City locations.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:
Nafeesah Symonette, a Detroit-based arts leader and advocate, will open the event with insights drawn from her experience as the founding executive director of Detroit Excellence in Youth Arts and a Governor-appointed board member of the Michigan Arts & Culture Council.
Brad Montague is a New York Times best-selling author and creator of the hit YouTube series, Kid President. His infectious optimism and knack for blending humor with humanity promise to leave attendees uplifted and ready to spark change in their communities.
