Join The Optimal Health Co. & Schilling Design Co. for a fun-filled morning where creativity meets healthy movement!
Families will explore how their amazing bodies help them create while enjoying hands-on art projects, playful movement activities & simple lessons about posture & wellness from a local chiropractor.
During this interactive workshop, kids will:
