Art and Soul Yoga

I am so excited to announce I will be offering a very special Art & Soul Yoga workshop next sunday morning on June 30th for 10am - 11:30 am

This workshop combines the love of yoga, meditation and art making. It is a great opportunity to tap into the inner realms, connect with the yourself; body, mind, and spirit, and create from a place of love and connection.

This is a free in person event located at Interwoven Artist Gallery. All art materials provided. Please bring a yoga mat. Water and a journal if you would like. Dm for further details. This workshop is made possible my the support of Mass Cultural Council via the New Bedford local cultural council. Please RSVP early there are only 10 spots available.
