Art and Nature Walk for Families
About this Event
Art and Nature Walk for families. Once a month on Fridays 2.30-3.45pm starting and ending at the Granton Hub / Madelvic House. Next walks: 24th July, 8th August, 25th September. We will do some art activity related to local history, and learn about nature too. These events are in the open air unless it rains. If it rains we will go inside the Granton Hub. Open to all - children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling. The event is £3 per family group.

Please wear sensible shoes and warm clothes / sun hat plus suncream if appropriate, and bring water and snacks for yourselves. Usually, walks will take place whatever the weather, but activities will be held inside if the weather is very bad.
Parents must take responsibility for the safety of themselves and their children, including any injuries. Granton Hub cannot be made responsible.
The walks will be led by Tamsin Grainger, a Paths for All trained walk leader with a DBS certificate. She is a mother and has extensive experience leading walks in Granton and elsewhere.
