As part of NEMAA PRESENTS THE 31ST ANNUAL ART-A-WHIRL® — the largest open studio tour in the nation happening right here in Northeast Minneapolis — JAC Flats is turning The Art a Whirl experience into an art market meets the emo revival you didn’t know your soul still needed.
Art. Brisket. Punk-pop anthems. Dance floor catharsis.
What to expect at JAC Flats during Art-A-Whirl:

30+ art vendors indoors and outdoors
Live musicians and performances Saturday evening
Cocktails and N/A beverages flowing

6:00 pm – live music kicks off
8:00–11:00 pm – Full dance party with punk-pop cover bands and DJ spinning the songs that raised us
Expect loud singing. Unexpected hugs. Questionable dance moves. Emotional healing via music.
This all happens during Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association’s 31st Annual Art-A-Whirl®.
