The Arrowtown Horticultural Society is pleased to present the 102nd Spring Flower Show at the Athenaeum Hall!
Join us for a visual symphony of Spring.
Friday 26th September 2025 - 12pm - 5pm
Saturday 27th September 2025 - 10am - 4pm
with the first annual Children’s Entries Workshop Wednesday 24th September 2025 - 12 - 3pm
Open to Preschool and Primary School Children.
All materials provided, free admission.
Show Admission: Adults $5 - Children Free
Morning & Afternoon Tea: Adults $8 - Children $2
All entries to be received on:

SALES TABLE - Eclectic White Elephant Stall, Bountiful Plant Stall - donations very welcome!
AHS Product Stall - seeds, flowers, lavender bags plus more!
RAFFLE - Great Prizes thanks to our generous local businesses.
FLORAL DEMONSTRATION - Saturday 11am - Festive Flower Wreath
ENTERTAINMENT - Saturday 1pm - Line Dancing Performance
CAFE - Providing our signature serving of treats.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ON THURSDAY 25 SEPTEMBER BETWEEN 2.00 - 8.00PM. DELIVERED TO THE ATHENAEUM HALL, ARROWTOWN.
Please note: we are unable to accept entries on Show morning.
- STEWARDS will be on hand to assist you with your entries.
- EACH ENTRY will be supplied with a class and entry number sticker.
- AHS VASES will be supplied by the Stewards for your flowers.
- ALL FLOWER ENTRIES must be grown by the Entrant (with the exception of Floral Art and Children)
- JUDGING will take place on FRIDAY MORNING.
- JUDGES decisions are FINAL.
- WINNING ENTRIES will be announced on our social media - Facebook + Instagram
- COLLECTION of Your Entries to take place at the end of Show - Saturday 2pm - 4pm
