On Wednesday 8th October, from 6:30pm we're joined by Lisa Kempen of Tickety Boo to taste a selection of the glorious Arran Single Malt whiskies, paired with a small sharing dishTickets are $75 per person, booking is essential
This includes a welcome drink on arrival, followed by 4 drams of exceptional Arran whisky, each dram paired with Scottish-influenced small plates, and finally a dessert cocktail to finish the night.
Our VM Tom will guide you through each dish, sharing the inspiration and ingredients, as Lisa gives a brief introduction to each whisk, describing its character, story, and tasting notes.
