Around the Tea Table 🫖 Warm Cup, Open Heart
Through the art of gong fu cha, the centuries-old Chinese tradition of brewing and tasting tea, we'll gather for soulful conversation, community, and a gentle introduction to mindfulness in everyday life. Together, we'll slow down, notice the leaves unfurl, and savor the subtle shifts from one pour to the next.
Because sometimes a shared cup of tea is all it takes to return to ourselves and find a soft place to land together.
