Come by water or by land and join us on New Year’s Day for this Alameda tradition to kick off another year of sailing and community! IYC will host an open house at Alameda Marina (1829 Clement Ave., Alameda) from noon to 4:00 p.m. We'll be serving up some tasty bites, mulled wine, hot cider, and good vibes. New for 2026 -- weather permitting, our Commodore Chris Carlson will lead a paddle-out to start the day. Grab your kayak (or paddleboard) and meet at Alameda Marina, Dock 2 at 8:00 a.m.
