We’ll begin with a gentle tea ceremony, working with a supportive plant ally chosen for its traditional associations with focus, clarity, and mental balance. This opening ritual helps signal the body and mind to slow down, arrive fully, and prepare for deeper sensory exploration.

In this 90-minute sensory ritual, you’ll experience a guided meditation designed to calm distraction and bring the mind into a clear, receptive state. From there, we’ll move into scent mapping, exploring essential oils known to support concentration, mental clarity, and focus. You’ll learn how different aromas influence the nervous system and cognitive awareness, and how to work with them intentionally in daily life.

Together, we’ll craft a personalized aromatherapy blend called Clear Mind Charm, created to support clarity, focus, and mental alignment. The evening will close with reflective practices and oracle card prompts centered on clarity, insight, and conscious decision-making.
