Are you a busy woman, rushing around and forgetting to breathe? It's so easily done but can have a drastically negative effect on health, especially through the perimenopause and menopause.Using easy to learn breathing exercises combined with essential oil aromatherapy, I will show you how to relax, banish stress, energise your mind and reconnect with your body.
This session is perfect for beginners. No breathwork experience is needed, just a desire to give yourself space and permission to breathe & nourish your body.
During each 45 minute AromaBreathe session you will:
-Discover how essential oils contribute to our wellness and lung health
-Learn how it feels to breathe without tension
-Practise different breathing techniques
-Reduce stress levels and boost your energy
-Feel great for the rest of the weekend!
Price: £8 per session.
Includes freshly brewed aromatic tea.
8.45am every other Saturday.

It is essential that you pre-book your place as spaces are limited and payment cannot be taken on the day.
