Aroma and Sensory Wine Workshop
About this Event
Have you ever wondered how some people can identify notes of blackberry, vanilla, citrus, or spice in a glass of wine? The answer isn't a naturally gifted palate. It's sensory training.
Join Vinod Del Mar and Susan Lynham, WSET Certified Wine Educator, for an interactive and engaging Aroma & Sensory Workshop designed to help you better understand what you're smelling and tasting in wine. Through guided exercises, aroma recognition activities, and structured wine tasting, you'll learn how to confidently identify common wine characteristics and build a stronger sensory memory.
During this workshop, you'll explore how climate, grape variety, winemaking techniques, and aging influence the aromas and flavors found in wine. You'll also discover a practical tasting framework that will help you evaluate and describe wine with greater confidence.
Guests will taste six carefully selected wines, including three whites and three reds, while participating in hands-on sensory exercises designed to sharpen their perception and deepen their appreciation of wine.
