Come learn all about what the SCA has to offer! The Shire of Iron Ox meets every Sunday in Bright Park. Come hang out, bring a craft, watch our fighters, and maybe don some armor and join in!
We offer both armored combat training and historical fencing practice.
Loaner gear will be available for those wanting to participate in both armored combat or historical fencing.
Armored combat and historical fencing are both impact sports, so remember to bring personal groin protection to wear during drills. Participants should also wear closed toe shoes and long pants.
