This essential safety training provides staff, volunteers, and community members with practical guidance on how to respond in the event of an armed assailant situation. Chippewa Falls Patrol Office Tye McLaughlin will help participants learn how to recognize potential threats, make quick decisions under pressure, and follow protocols designed to maximize personal and public safety. The session includes scenario-based discussions, evacuation procedures, shelter-in-place strategies, and coordination with law enforcement. The goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to act decisively and safely in a crisis. No cost to attend.
