Join Lynzy, who has 14 years experience teaching Vinyasa yoga, for an all levels arm balance workshop! Lots of fun will be had as we take your practice to the next level. Learn the breakdown of the most common arm balances that are cued in a vinyasa yoga practice and have fun and freedom in your personal flow! The workshop will include a warm up and a cool down.
