Join Alex Johnson for a 90 minute workshop that will cover the fundamentals necessary for arm balancing and inverting, as well as ways to advance your current practice. We’ll work through wrist flexibility drills, shoulder strengthening moves, and create a fundamental understanding of the balance and focus required to balance on your hands. This workshop is an excellent opportunity for all levels of practitioner to learn more about the ways to strengthen, mobilize and stabilize for hand balancing poses and inversions. The sky is the limit when you understand your foundational arm balance practice! Anyone interested in grabbing a bite after the workshop is welcome to come over to the Tamarack Taproom after class is finished. Register before August 1st and save $5.
