Join Linda Stevenson for a 3-hour immersive Arm Balance Workshop, designed to strengthen your body, build confidence, and refine your technique in a supportive environment. We’ll start with a dynamic yoga class to warm up, activate key muscles, and prepare the body for the arm balances ahead.
After the class, we’ll dive deep into arm balances, breaking down foundational poses like Crow, Grasshopper, Firefly, and more. With a focus on alignment, strength, and balance, you'll be guided step by step through each posture. Whether you’re new to arm balances or seeking to advance your practice, this workshop will help you tap into your inner power and elevate your skills to new heights.
Investment: $45 per person. Minimum of 6 participants required and max of 12 participants. Each participant MUST be registered with their own account. No refunds or transfers after 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
