Arm Balance and Inversion Foundations with Joseph Armstrong

How the heck is that even possible? If you’ve ever wondered that when looking at a handstand or high crow pose, then this is the place for you!

Through fun, yet challenging, drills we will get in touch with your deep core strength. You’ll practice techniques to help you progressively build a safe practice, including bandha, alignment and strengthening exercises.

To participate all you need is a willingness! You will get upside down in this class as we explore the basic components of arm balances and inversions and the mind body connection they require.
