Join the ARL at Painting with a Twist for a creative evening benefiting animals in need! Paint your own one-of-a-kind pet portrait while enjoying a fun, relaxed atmosphere surrounded by fellow animal lovers.
Once you are done, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a Pink Poodle strawberry lemonade and champagne cocktail (available to participants 21+) or strawberry lemonade and snuggle with adorable, adoptable kittens.
Get crafty and sip some bubbly all while helping animals in need!
How to register:
- Go to the ticket link and click the BUY TICKETS button to navigate to the Painting with a Twist website
- This will take you to the Paint Your Pet event
- Select what canvas you’d like to purchase (11×14 for $60 or 16×20 for $65)
- Check out
- After checking out, please email a photo of your pet to [email protected], or text one to (515) 252-6311. (This must be sent before 8/24)
- One pet per canvas, per reservation
What’s included:
- Reserved seat at the event
- Custom pet portrait you get to paint
- Unlimited snuggles with adoptable kittens

50% of the proceeds from each portrait sold is donated back to pets in need.
