Arkansas EMBRACING DOULA CARE: An Interprofessional Learning Opportunity
About this Event
This course trains and certifies community-based doulas to become effective members of the healthcare team. A nurse-led approach shows how interprofessional education and collaboration improve maternal-infant outcomes. Nurses and physicians benefit from this joint effort. Choose several sessions and gain insights into how to reduce C-section rates, improve maternal mobility, and reduce maternal mortality. Earn up to 45.25 credits from ANCC, AMA, or AAPA.
