Arizona Through Time - Speaker Series - Dr. Bob
'Dr Bob' has worked at the Arizona Museum of Natural History since 1997 and is the museum's Chief Curator. Before that, he was teaching and doing research in Herpetology at the University of Arizona.
He also has an M.S. in Geosciences and a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. Over the years, Bob's research interests have ranged from extant Talus Snails to mammoths, in locations as far-flung as Montana to Pakistan. Still, he always seems to come back to the Late Cretaceous of the Southwest, with fieldwork in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Sonora. Bob has never met a turtle he didn't like.
