Join ARISE as we celebrate Women's Health Month! Sleep affects your physical and mental health. Getting good sleep helps to boost your mind, body and prevent health problems.

Topics include:

• Sleep through all the stages of life- menstrual cycle, pregnancy, new mom, perimenopause and menopause
• Sleep disorders that affect women
• Symptoms women display for sleep apnea
• How you can improve your sleep

Our Sleep Services team is looking forward to seeing you and answering any questions you have regarding your health and sleep.

Park in the Heart Center or Gibbs Cancer Center parking lot and make your way to the Heart Center. Once in the Heart Center, simply follow the signs to the Heart Center Auditorium.
