To Prepare:
-Dress comfortably (mats + blankets provided)
-Hydrate throughout the day to support your energetic process
-Bring a journal, water bottle, and any crystals or personal items you'd like to charge with intention
Space is limited—advance registration is highly recommended.
IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Please arrive between 7:00pm and no later than 7:10pm as the main door locks and there will be NO one to let you in, so please allow travel time for weather and there is much road construction underway throughout the city of Syracuse. We are so sorry but we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals.
