𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗺 - 𝗗𝗧𝗖 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
Our friends from ARIA (Amphibian, Reptiles & Insect Association) will be visiting the museum for one day only this summer!
They last visited in 2025 for our British Science Week event and you all loved seeing the beautiful creatures, owned by super knowledgeable and friendly ARIA members.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁: Amphibian, Reptiles & Insect Association Display. Join us to view, stroke, pet and learn about fascinating exotic creatures, from Tarantulas to Bearded Dragons, all manner of Snakes, Stick Insects and everything in between!
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻: Saturday 22nd August
𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: 10am – 3pm. Drop in anytime.
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Daventry Museum, 3 New Street, Daventry, NN11 4BT
𝗔𝗴𝗲𝘀: All welcome.
𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: No need to book – just drop in on the day. Free entry!
𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 - there will be live animals in and out of their tanks all day, please be respectful of their owners advice and requests in terms of how they are treated.
𝘼 𝙛𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚:
* Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated.
* There's no need to book, so sessions can get busy. Activities run on a first come, first serve basis.
* Please arrive on time as sessions will start promptly.
* Unless the forecast is really bad, outdoor sessions will run in all weathers, so come prepared with suncream, water, and suitable clothing and footwear.
If we need to cancel an activity, we will update our website and social media pages to let you know, but sometimes this might happen at short notice in the event of bad weather or staff illness.
