Mark your calendar – on September 18, we open the door to the extraordinary world of Vivian Maier. A theatre of the ordinary, where everyday life unfolds through moments that are both deeply rooted in their time and timeless in their appeal.
The world’s most famous unknown photographer pointed her camera where life was truly unfolding: on city streets, among passers-by, in fleeting encounters and everyday rituals. Her photographs capture moments that are at once seemingly mundane and enduringly evocative.
Yet the story of Vivian Maier is as extraordinary as the photographs themselves. Hidden from the world for decades, her images were discovered only after her death, sparking one of the most enigmatic and extraordinary chapters in the history of photography.
