Maria from The Edinburgh Canape Company returns with her sold-out Argentinian Cooking masterclass on Sunday 31 August from 11:30am - 2pm. Enjoy a morning learning to make Argentinian empanadas (fish and vegetable) and a selection of salsas.Empanadas are a type of baked or fried pastries with a variety of fillings. Empanadas were originally taken from European immigrants from Galicia, Spain, but later modified with local ingredients and now enjoyed all over Argentina.
We will make both a vegetable and a fish version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.
A light lunch is included.
Concession tickets
Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired. We ask that all guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
