Shona and Alistair are friendly, experienced teachers who love to share their enthusiasm for this captivating dance. Their complete beginners course covers all the essentials to get you started. Meet a new community of friends, stimulate your mind and senses, engage in exercise that improves posture and flexibility, and have tremendous fun while you do it. Price is £70 (£60 concessions) per person for the course of ten weekly hour long classes.
