2. Or email at ([email protected]) yours/your partner’s name and last name, including the course/level that you would like to take.

3. You will receive a confirmation email from us to approve your registration.

FAQ:

::: DO I NEED A PARTNER TO REGISTER?: If you have a partner, that is great; please then include both names in the email to us. If you do not have a partner, you are welcome to register and we will do our best to match the number of leaders and followers!

::: FOOTWEAR: Please ensure that you have indoor shoes. Absolutely no street shoes in the studio. You can wear shoes with leather or suede soles (or skip the shoes and wear fuzzy socks) so you can pivot. Make sure the shoes stay on your feet easily (no mules or slingbacks) so that you can walk backward.

::: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement. Layers are recommended.

::: WHAT TO BRING TO THE CLASS: water bottle (we have filtered water at the studio).
