Take your taste buds on a trip to South America as you make a meal made up of recipes created by one of Argentina's most famous and creative chefs. These amazing dishes were devised by Chef Francis Mallmann to showcase the diversity and deliciousness of his homeland.  Chef Mallmann won't be with us, but, by the end of class, we know that you would make him proud.

for ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Argentine wine paired with the meal.

• Burnt Fennel & Zucchini with Parmesan, Lemon & Basil

• The Perfect Steak (Rib Eyes) with Chimichurri 

• Humitas (Savory Corn Pudding) 

• Stacked Ratatouille

• Dulce de Leche Panqueque (Crepes with Caramel Sauce)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
