Are You Ready for Homeownership?

Come celebrate National Homeownership Month with our 'Are you ready for Homeownership' workshop. In this workshop you'll learn if homeownership is right for you. You will be given an overview of the homebuying process and review a case study to help calculate how much you can afford. This class will help you understand and take action on:

• Setting financial goals
• Determine if homeownership is right for you
• Assess your current financial situation
• Learn the key steps to the homebuying process
• Learn who is apart of the homeownership team
• The costs of homeownership
• Learn how to determine how much you can qualify for
• and lastly, Determine if you are ready for homeownership
